30 minute hip hop cardio dance workout #2 with Adrienne White

it’s important for all writers to exercise every day for at least 10 min intervals several times a day to keep the circulation going in your arms , legs, feet and hands..

i find the yoga carpel tunnel pulls the best for aching hands and arms.. relieves the tension in them. I stretch several times a day during my walks, to loosen up tense muscles.
